Coronavirus has caused a lot of hysteria in the Western World, which has not been seen since the Great Plague in the Dark Ages. As of when the U.S. confirmed 11 cases, Coronavirus had killed 360 people, and 17,000 had contracted the virus. At the same time, China had quarantined 50 million people, Influenza, also known as the flu, will kill more Americans this year. Fifteen million Americans had to be hospitalized, which will get a lot higher in the winter season. As of now, 61,000 Americans have died from the flu. Two decades ago, in the early 2000s, there was panic when SARS spread to 26 countries, resulting in 8,000 illnesses and 774 deaths. Also, there are vaccines against the flu and measles, which are valid for up to 60% of influenza strains; people should receive the flu vaccine whether they have a reason not to get it done for political or religious reasons.
The Coronavirus started in Wuhan when it spread from animals to humans, and the virus found in Chinese horseshoe bats is the link to this manufactured crisis. Chinese Ophthalmologists and a whistleblower warned in December that Chinese authorities arrested cases similar to the 2002 SARS outbreak for rumor-mongering. Because the cover-up was also prolonged to a local level, secret police suppressed information despite playing down the gravity of the situation by the medical professionals. The crisis was mishandled from the start, including the response from WHO praising Chinese President Xi Jinping’s political leadership in handling the Coronavirus Cases. China had covered up the fact of Coronavirus and silenced health experts
from investigating the virus while misleading the World Health Organization
China confirmed the first cases on 3 January 2020, which went up to 44; on 11 and 12 January 2020, the World Health Organization received information that the outbreak came from a seafood market. From the National Health Commission in China when it started spending all over the World.
Rush Limbaugh used the same number to argue that the media had exaggerated the virus. Conservatives use the expression ‘Wuhan virus’ to refer to COVID-19, while NBC News has accused Republicans of racism. Meanwell Washington Post published an op-ed titled, The two reasons administration officials and Trump allies are linking the Coronavirus to China when a GOP congressman’s tweet sparked a debate. That is funny because I remember when the Washington Post published a complex news report on Jan.21 titled First U.S. case of potentially deadly Chinese Coronavirus confirmed in Washington State. And another time, the Washington Post reported that Scientists are unraveling the Chinese Coronavirus with unprecedented speed and openness because it originated in their Country, which was also reported in some newsrooms.
The virus has caused people to lose their civil liberties in the name of protecting them from the disease Governments. Towards the end of the Black Death pandemic in the Middle Ages, some thought that the end of the world was coming, and that was how Western civilization got created. Other case studies are The tremendous Spanish flu epidemic of 1918 to 1919, which started in World War 1, and Ebola across West Africa from 2013 to 2016 in the modern world because of hygiene. These diseases were a fact of life in developed countries, leading to the Renaissance.
The origin of COVID-19 is still uncertain, especially regarding what happened at the Wuhan seafood market. Theory on Wuhan Center Disease Control Prevention involved in a conspiracy cast doubt on the official story. On January 23, 2020, the People’s Republic of China shut down the city of Wuhan to stop the spread of Coronavirus, and 50 million people the size of New York were under quarantine, as well as the city of Wenzhou in China’s southeast coast in Wuhan. Between an authoritarian communist regime and liberal democracy, there has always been controversy over the methods
used to control the virus because even America has a history of attacking civil liberties to protect public health from disease. During the Great War, the federal government took action to prohibit prostitution by jailing prostitutes to prevent the spending of venereal disease. Americans’ attitude to quarantines is acting on who can enter the Country.
While in China, people are allowed to go out for food or are sometimes forbidden from going outside and quarantined in their homes. And in other cases are dragged from their places and put into quarantine centers. The virus is a crisis that the Chinese Communist Party did not want, along with the trade war and Hong Kong. Also, in the West, countries have gone into lockdown and shut everything down and closed down for businesses to fight the virus from spreading into their countries. Because of the pandemic, the Trump administration has restricted Chinese coming to the United States.
The CIA believes that Beijing had covered up the truth about the coronavirus outbreak in their Country. On December 31, 2019, the Chinese jurisdiction notified the World Health Organisation of a respiratory illness in Wuhan. That led to a wet market, and the Chinese media recognized the cause as a new type of Coronavirus. Wuhan wants to lockdown, banning flights out of the Country and trains and buses closed. The World Health Organisation announced the coronavirus outbreak as a global crisis and renamed Coronavirus as Covid-19.
The liberal progressive culture of the West has declined since the pandemic crisis, while Beijing will come out with more legitimacy. Coronavirus will change the politics and economy and the world, putting pressure on Globalisation. The shutdown could go on for years without an end because thirty years ago, the Cold War had ended as President George HW Bush announced the new world order. And the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, and after that, the 9/11 attacks in 2001. There was a prolonged economic boom throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. Gordon Brown talked with excessive pride that he ended the “boom and bust” cycle because it was the cause of the crisis.
There is a lot of conflict between the U.S. and China over trade, while Belt and Road are making other countries seek new alliances that will become the new norm in diplomacy because of changing world order from the 20th century, which was the American century. The pandemic crisis has transformed society. Donald Trump says that Coronavirus started in a Chinese laboratory, which is only speculation or rumor. The World Health Organisation prioritized China’s interests before the rest of the world as the crisis started in Wuhan, China. It more likely came from the wet market and originated from an animal, a horseshoe bat. However, Trump praised China’s handling of the outbreak. Communist Party had suppressed news of the epidemic from Wuhan and spread it worldwide in an attempt to blame the U.S., while the doctor had died, and another that warned about the virus and disappeared. We must find a vaccine and end the restrictions, or they have gone for good, and democracy is dead in the West.
